by Jason AnkenyNew York-based popster Mark Bacino self-released his debut EP Pop Job in early 1997. Burning copies of the disc one at a time, he issued only an extremely limited run, but strong critical notices led to a deal with Parasol, and after Bacino recorded seven new tracks the label issued Pop Job...the Long Player! in late 1998. Nearly five years later, Bacino surfaced with The Million Dollar.
