Carved In Stone出自德國，她的音樂也像眾多黑潮樂團那樣，扎根于日耳曼。但說到Carved In Stone這個樂團，我只能說是低調(diào)得神秘莫測。樂團成員只有一個人——Swawa，她一手擔(dān)任了歌曲創(chuàng)作、所有樂器的演奏、并親自配唱。但盡管如此，網(wǎng)上那僅有的資料又使我無從著手。
在組建Carved In Stone之前，Swawa曾經(jīng)在德國黑暗金屬樂隊Paimon和Dark Intention里擔(dān)任臨時鍵盤手。后來，她又加入到德國廠牌Schwarzdorn Production下的一支異教金屬樂團Taunusheim，負責(zé)鍵盤與和聲。
Carved in Stone is the solo project of Swawa (aka Ilona Jeschke), who also plays keyboard for the German Pagan Metal band Taunusheim.
Carved in Stone plays mystic Folk, dealing with the past, fantastic aspects of nature, sorrow and Germanic myths. Among the instruments used are the acoustic guitar, the harp and the flute, as well as Swawa’s vocals.
