Klea scored an international breakout hit in summer 2002 with "Tic Toc," a simple, catchy vocal track that hit big on both sides of the Atlantic, particularly in England and France. Over a bouncy house rhythm accentuated by a cute synth melody, a laid-back female vocalist croons the song's omnipresent hook, "Tic toc/You make my heart stop banging and it won't stop banging and it won't stop," and its many variations. The song's various remixes particularly appealed to DJs and clubbers. The "Adam Divided Vocal Mix" and the "Magik Muzik Remix" both transformed the simple dance-pop song into a progressive trance epic, the latter more than the former.
Klea was formed by a producer named Diamond Giza, looking for a collection of like minded individuals he joined forces with Isis Rain and Arch Collision and the trio have been making music for the past 12 months encompassing styles as diverse as Dub, Soul, House and Pop. Diamond is the producer behind Klea, he also sings and writes and has been known to spend days in the studio perfecting the Klea sound – he has even mastered the art of sleeping on his feet!
Isis Rain is the singer behind Tic Toc and the second member of Klea. She gives the project that most important female touch and she keeps the boys in check! Arch is the shy member of the team, not only does he write for the band he is also an accomplished rapper!
